Respiratory Pathogens Tests
Respiratory pathogen tests are laboratory tests that detect the presence of respiratory pathogens in a patient's respiratory secretions. These tests use a variety of methods, such as PCR, antigen detection, and culture, to identify the specific pathogen causing the infection. Respiratory pathogen tests are critical for diagnosing and treating respiratory infections accurately.

Vector Borne Pathogens Tests
Vector-borne pathogen tests help detect the presence of pathogens that are transmitted by vectors, such as mosquitoes, ticks, or fleas. Vector-borne pathogen tests are important in identifying and controlling outbreaks of diseases such as Lyme disease, malaria, or West Nile virus.

Digestive System Pathogens Tests
Digestive system pathogen tests are laboratory tests that detect the presence of gastrointestinal pathogens in a patient's stool or vomit samples. These include viruses (such as norovirus and rotavirus), bacteria (such as campylobacter and salmonella), and parasites (such as giardia and cryptosporidium). Testing helps in proper diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of such infections. Tests involve techniques like culture, PCR, or antigen detection to identify the specific pathogen causing the infection.

Maternal and Child Health Tests
Maternal and child health tests are medical tests performed before, during, and after pregnancy to monitor the health of both the mother and child. These tests include prenatal screening tests, ultrasound examinations, blood tests, and genetic tests. These tests can detect any complications early, allowing for timely interventions to prevent problems and ensure a healthy pregnancy and delivery.

Other Infectious Disease Tests
Other Infectious Disease Tests include Clostridium difficile toxinic A/toxinic B (CD-TA/TB) Antigen Combined Rapid Test (Feces), Fecal Occult Blood (FOB) Rapid Test (Feces), Human Brucella (HBS) IgM/IgG Antibody Combined Rapid Test (WB/S/P) , Monkeypox Virus (MPV) Antigen Rapid Test (Secretion).

Convenient Procedure

Allow the test, specimen, extraction buffer to equilibrate to room temperature (15-30℃) prior to testing.

Remove the test strip from the sealed foil pouch and use it as soon as possible. Best results will be obtained if the assay is performed immediately after opening the foil pouch.

Place the Extraction Tube in the workstation. Hold the extraction reagent bottle upside down vertically. Squeeze the bottle and let the solution drop into the extraction tube freely without touching the edge of the tube. Add 12 drops of solution (Approx. 480μL) to the Extraction Tube.

Place the swab specimen in the Extraction Tube. Rotate the swab for approximately 10 seconds while pressing the head against the inside of the tube to release the antigen in the swab.

Remove the swab while squeezing the swab head against the inside of the Extraction Tube as you remove it to expel as much liquid as possible from the swab. Discard the swab in accordance with your biohazard waste disposal protocol.

Fit the dropper tip on top of the extraction tube. Place the test cassette on a clean and level surface.

Add 3 drops of the solution (approx.80μL) to the sample well and then start the timer. Read the result at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
